Judges’ opinion: “Detailed, sensitive and clear planning of a complex physical system with the goal of renewing it through the development of public areas and functions. Attractive and organized planning methodology, on the one hand, and planning achievements on the other. The project presents a nice balance between the innovation component and the preservation component.”
